TECHVISION STUDIO
Engineering studio for industrial automation, robotics software and embedded systems.
We design and build control software, ROS2-based robotic systems and hardware–software integrations that behave predictably and run reliably in production.
Founded & led by Aliaksandr Nazaruk — systems & software engineer
Software that meets hardware
TechVision Studio is an independent engineering practice in Poland that takes automation projects from idea to running hardware: robotic platforms, control software, embedded devices — and the services that keep them stable and observable in production.
It is founded and led by Aliaksandr Nazaruk, an engineer trained in industrial electronics and microelectronics who has spent his career where software meets hardware. His qualification covers the full technology spectrum — from board design and manufacturing, through firmware and control software, to connected devices that work with cloud services and AI. A system is designed as one whole, not stitched together from parts. He has delivered projects in international environments across Poland, Germany and the USA, covering the full cycle from requirements and prototyping to deployment and support.
What we do
Robotics software
ROS2-based systems for robotic platforms: control logic, system states, diagnostics, and integration with sensors and actuators.
Industrial automation
Control software for automated processes — predictable state handling, error management and integration with field devices.
Embedded systems
Embedded Linux on ARM platforms, microcontrollers and peripherals, device prototyping and hardware–software integration.
Monitoring & tooling
Supporting services for monitoring, testing and diagnostics: logging, remote access, and tools that keep systems observable.

Track record
Founder & Lead Engineer
- Robotics software and hardware–software integration: ROS2-based platforms, embedded devices, monitoring and diagnostics services.
- Flagship project: autonomous mobile manipulator designed, built and brought to operation single-handedly.
- Currently developing flight-control software for an industrial transport drone (PX4 / MAVLink / .NET).
Designer / Software Engineer
Six and a half years designing electronic devices and the software that runs them: C++ and Python development, microcontrollers, hardware–software integration and automation systems — from prototype to supported product.
Microelectronic Systems Programmer
Software development for microelectronic systems.
Service Center Engineer
Diagnostics and repair of electronic equipment.
Automation Technician
Adjustment and maintenance of automatic systems.
B.Sc. Industrial Electronics
Preceded by Belarus Polytechnic College (2009–2013), development of electronic and wireless devices. Microelectronics and circuit design; microcontrollers and microprocessors (ARM, STM, ESP, Atmega, PIC); embedded systems; fundamentals of automation and control.
Selected work
A few representative areas of work. Details, code samples and references available on request.
Autonomous mobile manipulator — designed and built solo
A ROS2 robot for retail environments: Symovo AGV base, igus lift and a UFactory xArm 6 with a custom gripper — designed, integrated and brought to operation by one engineer in 1.5 years. The onboard Linux computer runs per-device services orchestrated with Docker.
- Cable-free vision: a RealSense depth camera on the gripper streams color + depth over WebRTC to the onboard CPU — no fragile cabling along the arm — with double-NAT traversal to an external WebRTC server. 70–120 ms end-to-end.
- Real-time teleoperation: joystick input streamed over WebRTC with 50–70 ms response. The robot also executes tasks autonomously and semi-autonomously.
- Open-sourced along the way: no public driver existed for the igus dryve D1 lift controller — so I wrote and published one (Modbus/TCP, CiA 402).
Industrial transport drone
Current project: software for an intralogistics transport drone on PX4 — an external flight-control module (MAVLink) integrated into an industrial .NET / C# system.
Monitoring & diagnostics services
Supporting services for testing, monitoring and diagnostics of automation systems — logging, health checks, remote access.
Embedded device prototyping
Prototype devices on Embedded Linux and microcontrollers: board bring-up, peripherals, hardware–software integration.
Frequently asked questions
What does TechVision Studio do?
TechVision Studio is an independent engineering studio in Poland that designs and builds industrial automation, ROS2 robotics software and embedded systems — taking projects from concept and prototyping through to deployment and support. It is founded and led by Aliaksandr Nazaruk.
Which technologies do you work with?
Core stack: ROS2, C++, Python and Embedded Linux on ARM. Robotics and automation with PLCs, vision systems, sensors and actuators and Universal Robots; embedded work on STM32, ESP and FreeRTOS; infrastructure with Linux, Docker and systemd. Protocols include WebRTC, MAVLink and Modbus/TCP.
Can you integrate mobile robots, AGVs or robotic arms?
Yes. The studio's flagship project is an autonomous mobile manipulator built end to end by one engineer: a Symovo AGV base with an igus lift and a UFactory xArm 6, running ROS2 with Docker-orchestrated services, real-time WebRTC teleoperation at 50–70 ms control response and a RealSense depth camera.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
Based in Warsaw, Poland (EU), and available for both remote and on-site projects. Work has been delivered across Poland, Germany and the USA. Working languages: Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
What are you currently working on?
Flight-control software for an industrial intralogistics transport drone on PX4 — an external flight-control module (MAVLink) integrated into an industrial .NET / C# system.
How do I start a project or get in touch?
